Purchasing:
By placing an order on this website (www.graphicsandmore.com) you are making an offer to purchase product at the price stated on the site and for resale in your store(s) as indicated in your account registration.

Pricing:
All pricing is in US Dollars (USD). Graphics and More reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Minimum Orders:
A minimum order value of $100 is required for wholesale orders. We do not require a minimum purchase quantity of any particular product, so you are free to purchase as few or as many as needed provided the minimum order value requirement is met. If you wish to submit an order for less than the minimum order value, you are welcome to purchase the items from our website at retail prices. To do this, you may create a new customer account (non-wholesale) or checkout as a guest.

Wholesale:
Customers with physical store locations or an online presence who wish to place wholesale orders must first fill out the wholesale application form to be approved for a wholesale account. Wholesale orders must be paid in full before the order ships. We are unable to extend credit terms at this time.

Payment:
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment for products purchased on our website can be made by credit card or PayPal. You can pay securely for your order with your credit card using the PayPal system. If you setup your own PayPal account you can transfer funds for payment straight from your bank account.

Shipping times:
After ordering online, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your order details. Depending on the size of the order, most orders will ship within 2 - 5 working days. For delivery inquiries please contact us.

Returns:
All products are made-to-order. We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sale basis and do not accept returns. Please notify us immediately if you find any discrepancy with your order. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus freight for refused shipments.

Defective product:
When contacting us regarding a return of faulty goods you must provide a clear photograph(s) showing the damage and an e-mail describing the issue. You are responsible for payment of delivery charges & insurance incurred when returning items to us. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Intellectual Property:
Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form of www.graphicsandmore.com is prohibited unless written authorization has been obtained by Graphics and More. Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this website are protected as the copyright, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned by Graphics and More. This includes photocopying, scanning and use of photographs from this website. Please contact us for permission.

Graphics and More is committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information. Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Graphics and More.
