D.I.Y. Holiday Cards Part II

Nov 04, 2015
Last week, we showed some creative ways to turn our craft stickers into holiday cards. Now we’d like to show you some more ideas, using Graphics and More’s Chalkboard Stickers.

First, you’ll want to check out Graphics and More’s selection of Christmas Chalkboard Stickers.

Next, you’ll pick out your cards. It’s really easy to do using pre-made blank card and envelope kits from your local craft store. Otherwise, you can cut and score your own cardstock to fit the size you’re looking for.

Add some fun cardstock to enhance your designs with patterns, texture or both!

You’ll also need some chalkboard markers in a variety of colors and the adhesive of your choice.

Finally, grab the kids, their imaginations and get going!

For these cards, we picked a basic design using non-traditional hot pink chevron embossed card stock and bright green pre-folded cards along with Graphics and More’s Christmas Trees - Xmas - 4 Sheets Chalkboard Stickers. We made the basic design of the card and handed the chalk stickers and markers over to the kids for some decorating fun.

The nice thing about these is that each one is unique, and family will love to get their own personal artwork from the little ones. Let them go crazy, and make sure they sign their creations on the back!

Like the look, but want something more sophisticated? Here’s another idea, should you choose to decorate the trees yourself.

Have a Merry Christmas Holiday Card

This 4.25” x 5.5” card uses a pre-made silver card and some embossed white cardstock along with the Christmas Trees Chalkboard Stickers.

Finally, maybe you decided to purchase your cards after all, but you still want to add a touch of DIY flair. Our 1” Holiday Craft Stickers make an excellent envelope seal.  Here we used the Santa is Watching Christmas 1” Scrapbooking Craft Stickers.
