Nuts contain some serious health benefits which I’m sure explains my own well being. There are so many nuts in this building that I plan to be the first cat that has 10 lives!
Seriously, though, did you know that nuts are usually low on calories, packed with protein, curb your appetite and are about the most portable food around? Did you know that Dr. Oz carries a little package of almonds or pecans or something in his scrubs breast pocket? That’s what he said on a TV show. (I sometimes DVR daytime shows and watch them when the employees go home and I get the run of our offices, warehouse and break room. It’s why I’m probably the only cat around who can recite whole episodes of Ellen, Days of Our Lives and Wheel of Fortune. (I usually watch that last one “live” because the kids around here come in to work very early and leave by 7 p.m. unless there’s a special job or shipment and I have to pretend to be sleeping until they go. Sometimes I’m still pretending long after they’re gone. I think maybe I’m not pretending.)
