Did you know our feathered friends have a special day? Every year on January 5th, bird lovers celebrate this day through birdwatching, studying birds, educating others, as well as bird adoption. According to Born Free USA, nearly 12 percent of the world’s 9,800 bird species are in danger of extinction.
